Stories and comments don’t require an account or an email. We don’t ask who you are, and we don’t try to find out. Optional signals like gender stay attached to the piece, not to a person.

If you subscribe, your email is held by our email provider for delivery only. This site does not show a subscriber list to anyone, including in admin. Only totals. We send from a list, we don’t browse names. Leave whenever.

Submissions and comments are screened for identifying details before they go up: names, companies, emails, phone numbers, and anything that points to one workplace. That screen is automated. Nothing with fingerprints goes live.

For abuse prevention we may store a one-way hash of your network address with a submission, never the raw address, and never on the public site. Hashes are only used to rate-limit spam. They are not published, sold, or used to identify you.

We don’t sell data. We don’t build profiles. We don’t put operator names, personal emails, or social profiles on this site. The point of this place is that you can speak without becoming the story.
